Reservations

• Please note that different terms, conditions, and cancellation policies in relation to all Online bookings via the hotel website may apply depending on the room or rate type selected. Please read carefully the room rate details that are provided before you make your Online booking. We advise you to check through the rate details before making your  Online reservation.

 

• Reservations canceled outside of cancellation policy will incur a penalty equivalent to a one night’s stay which will be deducted from the credit/debit card provided at the time of booking.

 

• Prepaid / advance purchase offers require the full amount will be taken from the card provided at the time of booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

• Group bookings are subject to different terms, conditions and cancellation policies depending on the contractual agreements with the hotel.

 

• Your booking details will be specified in the confirmation email. Should you wish to amend any booking details for your upcoming stay, please contact the reservations department of the hotel immediately to request assistance with your booking . Booking amendments on the day of arrival are subject to availability.

Children Policy:

  • Children up to the age of 11 will not be charged for accommodation.
  •  If two children accompany their parents, they will be charged for an additional room.
  • Each room holds a maximum of three guests. If the total number of guests (including children) exceeds three, an additional room will be required.

General Booking Policy:

  • All room bookings are subject to availability.
  • Room rates are based on single or double occupancy.
  • Extra charges apply for additional guests (beyond two adults or one adult and two children) in a room.

• Group Bookings: Reservations for 3 or more rooms are considered group bookings. These bookings require changes to be made at least 7 days in advance.

• Provisional bookings (those without Credit Cards) are held for 24 Hours.

• Prepaid / advance purchase offers do not allow for cancellation at any time after booking and
require the full amount will be taken from the card provided at the time of booking.This prepayment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Group bookings will have their cancellation policy specified within their group contract.

Payments

• The property may pre-authorize cards and request cancellation if the card declines.Prepaid offers are non-refundable. Cash payments require a security deposit and photo ID.

• Cash payments are welcome at the hotels. If you choose to pay in cash upon arrival, a security deposit will be requested, along with photo id. Acceptable identifications include passport or driving license. Aadhaar Card

 

Credit Card Policy:

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.
  • A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
  • Your credit card will be pre-authorized for the full amount of your stay at the time of booking.
  • Payment will be processed upon check-in. Any additional charges incurred during your stay will be charged to the same credit card.
  • In case of a no-show or cancellation within the specified period, the cancellation policy will apply, and your credit card may be charged accordingly.
  •  For security purposes, a photo ID and the credit card used for booking must be presented upon check-in. If the cardholder is not the guest, please contact the resort directly to arrange for third-party billing.

For bookings with three adults (2+1), an additional charge will apply for the provision of extra bedding.

Check in / Check out

• Check-in: from 12 pm on the day of arrival. Early check-in requests are subject to availability on the day of arrival.

 

• Check out: by 11 noon on the day of departure (late check-outs will incur additional charges on departure.

 

• Persons under the age of 18 years will not be allowed to check-in if unaccompanied by a parent / guardian.

 

• Keys can be collected at reception. Identification will be required to verify your identity.Acceptable identifications include passport or driving license, Aadhaar.

 

• Should you wish to charge items to your room during your stay with us, please speak with a member of the reception team on your arrival who will assist with this request.

Non Arrival Policy

• In the event of a guest’s non-arrival (no-show), the first night’s accommodation charge will be applied to the credit / debit card that was used to guarantee the booking or billed backed to the
company where credit facilities are established.

No Smoking Policy

• The hotel operates a no smoking policy throughout the hotel, with smoking permitted only in  designated smoking areas on the grounds of the hotel.

 

• All bedrooms and public areas are non-smoking.

 

• The hotel respectfully requests that guests do not smoke in the rooms and public areas and    instead use the dedicated outdoor smoking area.

 

• If a guest violates the hotel’s no smoking policy by smoking in a non-smoking room, any damage done to the room will require a deep clean (3000/-). The guest will be held responsible for the cost of the deep cleaning, which will be charged to the credit/debit card provided at the time of booking.

Misconduct or damage to the property

• In the event of guest’s behavior being unacceptable to the Hotel, the Management reserves the right to insist on the offending individual(s) immediate departure from the hotel.

 

• Furthermore, the guest undertakes to pay all reasonable costs incurred in making good any breakages or damage to the Hotel directly or indirectly from the behavior. We reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit card in case of damages.

 

• Please be informed that guests are not allowed to have any non-registered guests in or conduct of the guest or the guest’s visitors their bedrooms at any time during their stay.

 

• Pets are not allowed on the property.
